I would recomend getting a Treasure Trail book by Charles Kenworthy cost I believe as a used copy for $90.00, what you have is a real good trail marker, ( or it seems ) there should be more markers in the area, the face on the right hand side and left hand side are indicatiors probably for direction, and there may be 2 trails one for men and supplies on the left and one for loaded animals on the right. The feature in front of the left face may be a bed or camp area this direction

.. i dont have books about monuments only some of symbols.

These definitely look like 2 heads. some closer images would be nice, and if you find some other confirmation marks close by you might be on a fun trail. dsty I see the 2 heads on the right looking to the left, are you saying there is another on that mound on the left? MAYBE I see one looking upwards but doubtful.
