Can anyone please translate the words printed on this box? I would like to know what this is. It looks to me to be a candle holder for a cake. It measures 2 1/4" X 1 1/2".

As a literal translation, it appears to me that it says "Evening Story" which might more colloquially translate as "Bedtime Story" as in a fairy tale for children.

Yup. Red-Coat got it. I came up with "evening fairy tale" when I ran it through a Russian to English translator on Google.
