This was out by a house where were staying I don't know if it's worth keeping or not I thought ill stick it up here and see if anybody thought it was anything if not I'll just put it back were I found it. Thanks.

The name I'm reading is "Ayn Shure", nothing comes up on Google. Almost certainly a student drawing, but could easily fetch a few bucks as home decor at a swap meet if you want to go that route. The 1957 date helps its case, might be able to sell it on the strength of that alone.
