I know one that was true.. That doesn't make all the rest fake..

The Ghost Bandit, Henry Seymour of Gillette AZ, is a true legend, listed in The Treasure Atlas.
Sheriff Enrique Garfias arrested him.
But I can't keep that one either..

I think its for sure in most states, they wouldn't bother to maintain the legacy for decades to come of the Spot and surrounding countryside or Area from where the treasure came from.
Unless its of size similar to the one in Kentucky or at least 1/4 of that amount.
