We've put TreasureNet.com behind Cloudflare. This should accelerate the site for everyone. Much of the images/CSS are cached at Cloudflare's edge servers. There shouldn't be any problems but if you run into an issue please post in here.
In addition, since a large number of Spammers are coming from Vietnam, we've enabled a Challenge/Response through Cloudflare for anyone browsing from that country. If you are a regular member and browse here from Vietnam, please let me know. I'm trying to find out how many legitimate users there are from Vietnam.
