Hi all i have seen on here that you can test if something is real gold by putting foundation powder on your wrist and rubbing it so i went ahead and tried it.
First i tried my ring which worked fine then i tried the object that i foundand to my surprise it left a thick black mark on my wrist i was well chuffed ......that is until my dad said "ey up that cant work foundation powder haha" then he proceded to rub a one pound coin on my wrist and that too left a black mark which burst my bubble, can anyone tell me if this is normal and what metals react to foundation powder so i can narrow down what it might be cheers
