doesnt look like any trigger guard i've ever seen

Yeah now that I can see it being a candlestick holder it makes more sense. wish I could see what was attached at the screw part.. some sort of drip catch probably. it sure held small little candles if thats what the little cup is for.

Seen a lot of candlestick holders posted here and yours is the fanciest. I hope the ID is correct.

I looked online a bit and didn't find an exact match to yours anywhere, but I'd think the threaded part held it to some sort of base, and the little tube was likely to be for holding a snuffer. It's definitely a neat one.
