I have been at a spot for about two weeks finding wheats a Merc and a 40 quarter all in a traffic circle. For the life of me I could not figure out why they were all there. But today I found a suburban Transit Co. Good for one far. Who would think a bus stop in the middle of a round about?

Appears to be the company in Columbia, SC - they made these in white metal, steel, and zinc.

Thank you so much. I looked them up online and found very little about the company. It was found at the airport here in Columbia. Where did you find the information? Thanks william.
