This was taken with a DSLR camera from inside a modified weatherproof Pelican case, and three off camera low power flashes, all triggered by a motion sensor... All camera and flash settings are manual.
The flashes didn't do much for it because it was daytime..... Here's one late evening where it was almost dark.

Amazing pics! What is that around turkey’s neck in evening pic? Are those feathers? It looks like Turkey is wearing little necklace tied in bow?

They are caruncles. Excess skin that forms around the head and neck.
