Turn around time for V3I Upgrade

Just curious before I send my V3 in for upgrade, What kind of time frame are you seeing from the time you send it off until receiving it back.
also, did you need to include your battery with your control box?

All you need to send in is the box (w/o coil or battery pack) and your headphones if you have the wireless headphones. My upgrade (sent to Sweet Home from KY) took about a 10 days from the time I sent it in to when UPS delivered it back to my door step. When you call the factory they can give you a better estimate of their turn around time.

The place in Florida did mine and they were great - very nice - very fast/prompt - even let me know they got it and let me know when they shipped it out and when I would get it back - couldn't ask for more than that. They may be closer/faster for you too. Good luck and I'm sure you'll like the upgrade.
