Thanks DiggerVA - it is amazing how many good spots there are out in the Northern Neck of Virginia to dig civilian artifacts.. Not much Civil War sites out in the Northern Neck compared to like Fredericksburg/Stafford.. Most spots out in the Northern Neck have never seen a MD or if they have it wasn't hit hard!!! You should head up there sometime and hunt!

Is the weather going to let you hunt? Looks like Y'all are in for a bad weekend. It's a little different down here. I drove my 67 GTO today with the top down!:happysmiley:

They said the bad weather is coming in Sunday around noon - i normally get to a spot and detect right @ sunup - so hopefully can get some time in before it hits but... the way the weather is been today it is looking doubtful.... probably end up being next weekend..
