Was sitting down in my favorite spot under the railroad tracks.

Looked up at the dirt wall, and a little rusty looking oreo cookie was juuuuuuust on the verge of falling out of the wall

Early 1900s my best guess.

By the looks of the back it was a low cost pocket watch in its day. If you clean up the plates on the back there might be a name, that would possibly narrow the era down for when it was made.
