🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Two hole button or salt shaker lid?

After cleaning it some I'm torn on what it really is. I guess two hole button could have a back piece that's now gone? And this oval piece, no clue

I found the oval piece is 1934 bumper bolt cover

Just my opinion Nathan, but I'd have to say button. Those 2 holes look to big to let salt out of the shaker.

Judging by the second pick (or reverse) I'd say it was a 2 piece. It seems that it was crimped on the reverse side.
