Two penny boxes and some great finds

My boys and I searched 2 boxes of cents and ended with 14 wheaties and an Indian Head (1906). The wheaties were from 1924-1958, all in decent shape. Never thought I'd find a 107 year old Indian Head still in circulation.

Pennies are THE GREATEST! Just my opinion though. You find some crazy stuff in penny rolls. Plus, the error coins are worth quite a bit. Hope you and your boys have many days of penny roll hunting to come. My oldest is 7 and he enjoys coin roll hunting a lot. I hope my youngest, only 15 months, enjoys it too some day. At this point all he likes to do is scatter the pennies all over our living room floor. Funny thing - one morning (sleeping in late) he dropped a hand full of cold pennies on my head in bed...,gotta love it

Thank you very much for the info. I won't dump my 5000 until I read a bit. I have the 81s and earlier separated already.

Here are a few of the error type coins I have found. Photos 1 and 2 are of two strike through die caps. Photo 3 is a very light strike coin. Photos 4 and 6 are of a lamination (or die crack) wheat leaf penny. All of these were found coin roll hunting. I will upload my aftermarket strikes (just for fun). And also a few extra pictures of some other great coins found penny roll hunting.
