The cross is called a Maltese cross. Germany called it an iron cross. Congrats on all the finds in your lake. I hope more gold finds its way into your scoop!

I am really forgetting in my old age. I did find one huge 3" gold cross. I know somewhere I posted that I have never found one. LOL well after you posted this I remembered. I know OBN has found some fantastic things. I always try to catch up but fail!
