Hello Everyone,

Today while doing some grocery shopping I visited the Coinstar machine. Upon first glance it seemed that only a few copper coins were in the tray, but after one swipe and another look, I saw some shiny coins.

Cool finds were: 1935 Mercury Dime, 1960D Roosevelt dime and a 2 Euro cent.

Thank you for looking.

Nicely done! 🙌

Nice snag, Doc........still looking for my first Coinstar score.

well done POE

Good job. I never find anything but pennies and pocket lint. I might be doing it wrong. How do you actually check a coin star?

I look in the return area

Nice SCORE!

That's a great haul! Mercs are getting harder to find in circulation

Ok...now you're just plain showing off...not one..but TWO silvers!?...great score. I'm sure if u hadn't grabbed them some little curtain climber would've snagged them and put them back into circulation. Ddf

Hello "The_Mad_Cladder,

I just check the machine reject tray on the way in and out and hope for the best! Most of the time there is nothing to be had, but every once in a while...score!

Nice grab Professor. Those 2 Euros are making the rounds here. My daughter just received one in change last week.

Coinstar machines are my favorite electronic device. Congrats:thumbsup:
