Hey all I am a trash picker and awhile back I found this in a bunch of old paper.. Can any one tell me what it is

WW2 US propaganda piece, and a cool one too. That's Tojo, Hitler and Mussolini lined up there behind Uncle Sam. Probably worth a few bucks too!

Looks to me like someone made a copy of an original poster on a blueprint maker. I doubt very much that this was the original printing as it's to hard to see.
