Unconstitutional Abuse of Power - Questioned by Police for Buying Ammo?

A few years back ( before the ammo shortage ) Kmart did the same
thing to me, over 4 boxes of .22's ( I used a credit card )
Called their manager the next day & he said he knows nothing about
it, & hung up on me.
Called my fishing buddy at the local newspaper, & he ran a story in
the next issue. Kmart called him to complain, HE HUNG UP ON THEM.
I really love my buddy for that one.
