I dug up this Shield Coat of Arms last week. I don't know if it is an actual Coat of Arms of just a Novelty. Anyone have any info on it?

ATW I FOUND SOMETHING SIMILAR AND IT WAS BLUE AND WHITE LIKE A LAPEI PIN NEVER COULD FIGURE OUT WHAT IT WAS . I WILL HAVE TO FIND IT AND POST IT.

The communion pin in the center is a lapel pin.
