Unknown eagle fob

[Bluewater]

I've posted this item on a couple of other forums, and even asked Mark Parker of WE Treasures, and no one can identify the eagle. A fellow hunter on my Facebook group found it near a torn-down house. Just thought I'd ask if anyone here recognizes it.

Kinda looks like the old style German, Prussian eagle.

I am with Tony, it's NOT an American eagle... looks more European to me too.
