Found this yesterday at an old schoolhouse. The school was built around 1907. Don't know if it is related to that time period or not.

Sorry I didn't include anthing for size reference. Its about 2 inches tall.

generally, nothing Victorian era in the UK was poorly made, it was mostly over engineered. maybe you guys kept shooting them off, like in the cowboy movies
