Unknown items found at early house site

Found at old house site. The lead piece has those slots on each side. The small brass piece has ornate design and is rolled up. Thinking the circle buckle is horse tack? Any help would be appreciated

The buckle could be horse tack but could also be a knee buckle.
The lead item is a bag seal. It could of held peas, fertiliser, beans, etc.
Don't know about the brass piece though.
