Unknown Medal. Any help?

[Butterfield]

I can't find any information about this medal. It appears to be made of lead or a similar metal and measures approx 27mm in diameter. It also appears to have possibly been looped at the top at one point. Any ideas what it was used for or how old it is?

I think it's a Wheel of Fortune Taro card medal.
