Unusual bone

Round or ham steak as mentioned , or a chuck steak maybe.

The round bones cut in slices can (and some have) be used to join leather straps. Probably other uses too. Saw a pair on a shooting bag for blackpowder.

Appears to have been sliced on a mechanical meat saw, so it's not very old.
