:dontknow:I just found something never found before. It was at Dania beach.
In the water in the middle of a horse shoe.
I think it is from native Indians or Ship wreck.
It smell in side like oil but sweet.
And it is ringing like iron on my machine.
What you thinking?

Bulgarian, I have found a couple of similar what I'll call clay pots (for lack of a better term) in Jensen Beach. They are used by Indians (from India) in some kind of prayer ritual. You can buy them in the Indian stores. The fact that you can still smell some sweet oily residue in the pot leads me to believe that is what you may have found. If it had been in the water for a couple of hundred years, I'm sure there would not be any scent like that. Just my guess.

In my opinion it is an oil lamp , The wick was laying in the small indentation in the rim . The flame became too hot so the pottery burst because the inside was cool because of the oil . This difference intemperature burst the lamp Cornelius

i have your answer maybe

that looks like it could be a hand grenade from the 1700s maybe
