Unusual find

Found this many years ago just after plowing a field on a relatives farm in central Pennsylvania. Just looking for any input on if this is natural or possibly Native American?

It looks natural to me. I can't imagine what it would have been used for. JMO.

Some very very old fossil formations in that area.
That looks like some type of fossil to me.
