That is the point of trying to get Judge Alvarez in San B. to hear all the cases. He is supposed to be more pro-mining - we'll see in the next 12 months.

The Settlement case on the 24th was continued to the 25th

They met at 7am
The calendar shows a Hearing date for Nov 18th without any info yet.

Brandons case sept 3rd-but you can count on delays because that would mean there would be a 2014 partial season and by god we know they won't give us that. Then the tribes/environutz coalition has plenty of time for more injunctions,stays and appeals to ensure any LEGAL miner has a chance. SILENCE IS INDEED GOLDEN FOR YEARS NOW John

Yep both the San Bernardino and Brandon cases will extend into next year. Judges just do not want to make a decision.
