Update on the flooding here in Washington State

This flood is mirroring the historic flood back in late November 1995, the tributary of the river I mine which is the source of gold has had a major flood on it too. Sadly the road on this tributary just got severely damaged again, funny thing is it took 10 years to repair this road from the last flood. Probably will take 10 years to repair again. If you ever saw the movie Harry and the Hendersons, the road they are on when they hit him is on this river.

Well you and other claim owners can always give the street repair guys a little help and dig in yourself ! Try being a subcontractor and get a little pay for your labor ! Years back when your fires had a LARGE IMPACT on your streams as the burnt land washed down into the streams and buried the young fish , the WDF&W got a bunch of dredgers out there to help free up the over baron that filled the streams and possibly drown these fish , the dredging help prevent this and they got a big at- a- boy for their efforts! Pictures in a article and all ! MIGHT BE A AVENUE TO LOOK INTO !

Another flood coming again Monday, not as bad but at the worst moment for those that live on the river.
