I do Ford trucks. As dieselram said, your f350 should do okay. Being an F350 will help it. Basically anything sells on eBay out of the older fords that I do. The interior as Dieselram said is a huge plus. Don't forget emblems. I have also had good luck selling all of the standard transmission items in a lot together to convert. Even the floor hump that the shifter comes up through sells.

Also delay wiper switches, gauge clusters, heat/air controllers, and steering columns (especially tilt).
