UPS EBay shipping glitch?

Anyone else have the glitch today that flagged when you tried to print a UPS label that said something about you're close to the shipper's limits, when your weights and dimensions are nowhere near the limits?

Also, I still can't send pics in messages today. It said the server was down last night and it's saying the same thing today. Anyone else?

I have had no issues. But I do get the servers are down message. I just reload the page and that seems to fix it.
