US coin or token Pic added

[vickilynn]

Hello ,
I was going through some of my old finds and came across a coin that has US stamped on both sides in the middle and I think it reads A ROUNDED JOB 1939 . After much research I came up with nothing. Thought maybe someone here might be able to id it? Thanks in advance ! Vickilynn

I think it may be connected to the organisation Manpower , they were foremost in organising employment at the end of the great depression in 1939.
