Don't have much time to detect lately but I am able to get out for 2 hour hunts every now then. We have a bunch of houses being torn down for a new freeway. Unfortunately everyone tells me the house have been "run dry". So I decided to see if they were really hunted out. Found to half dollars (in the same area) one was a 1964 Kennedy and the other a Bicentennial. Found a Canadian silver dime, and a 1912 silver Canadian fish scale (I love how beautiful these coins are). 2 Asian coins one is a 1 Dong from 1960 Viet Nam and the other is from 1990 (need help on this one). Two war nickels 42 and44 P a copper ring (8" deep) a silver ring and a Monopoly car game piece. Also pulled over 200 clad coins from theses areas in less than 6 hours of hunting. Now all these items were dug in very high trash area using my V3i with the 12 x 15 coil. Using mixed mode stereo and a lot of patience. Thanks for looking and Happy Hunting MackDog
