Very odd quarter please help

. So I found this 2006 colorado d mint quarter. Looks sliver but is def not. I only found one other online like it but his is magnetic and mine is not. Help to figure this one out.

You could always put it up on ebay. Im sure someone out there would pay a dollar and shipping for it. But that doesnt really sound worth the gas.
