I have 36x46 gilt mirror. The design around it is flowers. Is it vintage and what is it's value?

Don't know about an overall value, but the frame is worth a hundred, at least.

On items like this, I've always considered it to be worth what someone is willing to pay me for it.

I could see it being offered at an antique shop around where I live with an asking for $250-$300.
