A local park has a very deep (12-16 inches) volleyball sand pit to be enjoyed by the public. There seems to be many goodies hidden there. Yesterday I pulled three more earrings, two with clear stones, probably CZ or glass, and a toy metal cap gun revolver that was 12" under the sand. The ATPro loudly protests the mineralization when I crank up the sensitivity all the way, but it hits on those tiny earrings and even an earring back the size of a Beebee! Thanks for looking and happy hunting. Sub 8-)

Yep I have a love/hate relationship with my AT Gold when it comes to those earring backs they are little buggers to chase down.Even with a pinpointer at times. But I love that it can find the itty bitties for when I go nugget hunting.

Congrats to you. Every time I see a volleyball court, I am sure I will find something. I have batted a thousand so far.....with failure, lol. Absolutely NOTHING so far.

There is a Volleyball site near me and just as deep. Makes you want to be able to get a tractor and dig and sift the whole thing!

Great finds!

The volley ball pits I hit here...never find anything in them...but the perimeter of the court, that is a different story. Cool finds!

Thanks Guys, I cranked the ATPro sensitivity to maximum and dug all repeatable signals, no matter how scratchy. I dug several "bobby pin" hair pins. But then these little treasures were in the mix.
