Walking on Gold

This is my first one of these. A gold plated Walker with a sparkly implant. At first I thought there was a small diamond in the sun but it appears to only be a cut piece of metal (possibly silver). Anyone else ever find one of these?

not a diamond but the insert is a fake diamond look, used on low end jewelry to look like diamond, jewelers can buy them. that is usually made of white gold if the plug is a small metal insert.
not a bad find at all.
