Here is my thought on the subject.
I have been saying for a long time on this forum that "ALL" miners big and small need to unite and stand together no matter where or what state you are from.
I also have said that I don't believe that the CDFG has the power to do a lot of what they have been doing in Cal,. They don't make the mining laws and I don't believe they have the authority to manage Federal mining claims or mining at all. Last I heard there were several Cal, sheriffs that are standing tall against them and willing to take on the challenge. With the mining district forming and a lot of sheriffs standing together and "ALL" the miners they should get one hell of a fight, "OH" I forgot, we already did that, and been there and, I just don't know and, I I I I. Either S##t or get off the pot but stop the griping and start fighting......

Jog it's been my experience that typically the one's who complain and criticize the loudest concerning someone else's efforts to accomplish something, are the very one's who are contributing absolutely nothing in the way of helping to solve the problem themselves!

That goes for clubs, associations, organizations, and politics. But not for the great folk's here on T-Net!

Thanx jeffro--there are many thousands who also disagree but lack the testiculiar fortitude to put put out the truth--which is why democracy works and we carry on the truth. Any man who possessses supposedly accurate info for miners benefit would NOT hype cd sales,calenders,newsletters and meganutz jockstraps . Never worked for anyone ever and just a sham fulla spam to buy buy into the big lie-hahaha-what a hoot and the point is moot under archaic laws. You have your opinion and we all have ours and let the bs begin as thats what a forum is about--the free exchange of ideas and opinions and let the truth set ya free and for gods sake close them wallets ------John

all i know is i am a single miner claim owner who can not defend agaisnt a predjudice government on my own and need the help of those that understand our mining rights.
so if that means donating money to some group, so be it
democrat and libs flat-out are destroying this country
