Waterlogged carrots

My third Garrett AT pinpointer took on water today in the river. The first two leaked at the button switch. I'm guessing that the third one has the issue. I contacted Garrett and will wait to hear back from them. It's only one year old and still under warranty. I will not be using it in the water again. Are there any reliable waterproof pinpointers out there?

^^^^yup, the Mi's are the best bang for the buck around. Mi4 if you don't have a Deus 2, Mi6 if you do.

Regardless of which one you get, also buy and use some tip protectors for it. If you're like me poking around with it, you will wear a hole in the housing if you don't.

Vibra Probe 585. I've used a Vibra Probe for years in and out of the water without a leak.

^^^^yup, the Mi's are the best bang for the buck around. Mi4 if you don't have a Deus 2, Mi6 if you do.

Hard to argue that point. Mi-4 is a good one!
