"We the People" lapel pin (i think)

This is a pin I found some time back, but never have really defined where it is from, or it's value. Any help appreciated. TH2

What does the back look like?

It seems like an old coin but I don't have any perfect identification. I think you must take this to the lapel pin or coin supplier as they deal with multi customers in a day. Check out VIVIPINS, may be they can help you to find out the details.
