Weekend getaway results in some more silver

[Jason in Enid]

A couple weeks ago I took the family down to visit relatives in another part of the state. While there, I got away for a couple days of detecting that I haven't hunting in a long time. Managed to dig some coins as well as jewelry.

I finally got both videos finished so I thought I would share.

Nice finds. & you had a good excuse to get away when you needed a break.

Enjoyed your videos, like the silver! That long-handled scoop-sifter is just what I need. HH Andi

Glad you liked them! The long-handled beach scoops are great for the dry sand and a must for in the water. The one in that video is a 10 year old RTG stainless steel "duckbill" travel scoop. I think they are great, but sadly they don't make them any more. There are many good beach scoops available today, unlike back then.
