Weird medallion thingy ~ ????

I dug this weird medallion thingy today in Eugene Oregon ~ it reads LOOK 25 ANNIVERSARY and has an Eagle image over the top of the 25 ~ made of aluminum, a little bigger than a US quarter. The obverse is the exact same as the reverse. Any idea what this medallion is about? LOOK magazine ~ LOOK candy bars?!
