I like it except for the part about "Chicago and Illinois have been disarmed." Prior to that it is a very powerful collective message. Adding that last part just makes it unneccesarily chippy and spiteful.

It's flat and 2 dimensional. If real it would be angled towards the road slightly as are the posts it's supposed to be fixed to. Then it'd look "angled" towards the road like the smaller one behind it. Just sayin.
