Well guys got some goodies!!!

Knowing that it’s gonna be raining here all week I had to hit that spot one more time to get another half dime and with the excitement I didn’t sleep all night I worked till 3 and watched detecting videos till 5:30 and off I went to meet sunrise. I got my first Standard Federal eagle coat button... Enlisted. My first civil war percussion cap, 2 four holed trouser buttons one made of pewter, Colt pistol bullet, small glass bottle and what I probably say my oldest rind to date. With persistence and location you can’t go wrong. I’m starting to like this button thing :laughing and this is why I had to get big Mama

Nice finds Truth. You can never dig to many Civil War buttons.

I use to be a coin shooter now I see relics and buttons are seeping in hard and I love it.

I have to quit watching the bottle digging videos or it’s on lol

Thanks washingtonian the area isn’t big because the water took over but there’s a 20X40 area that has those shellie soul. You got a ride along a railroad track for about a mile in between a lake and swamp but this little piece of paradise has really produced for me it’s just hard on the body and hard on my truck LOL I’m gonna go out there with A machete because it also has a lot of swamp palm swamp snd thorn vines you name it. I’m gonna clean it up and really hit it slow. Nothing like metal detecting by yourself in the middle of a jungle and 2 wild boars run past you LOL Now that’s living!!!!
