Well!! I HIT GOLD!!

I went out again this evening and found my first gold dollar coin!! I am not sure of the date but it is one of the gold dollars that they put out I think in 2000 or around there. For my three evening total I found $6.70 Pics below!! Talk to you soon. First pic is the Dollar Second Pic is this evenings finds and the 3rd pic is all three evening total finds.

Congrats on the dollar coin. They were issued just this year. I had never noticed that they don't have a mint date on them. Weird. Guess because they are doing each President for a short time.

they year and mint mark is on the edge along with "e pluribus unum" and "In God We Trust"

There were some errors that got out without any edge dating or mint marks. Maybe you got a rare one
