went fishing,,,,,,,these are the ones that didn't get away....... lost one pole......forgot to set the drag......oops....and had 20 lb test snapped, and hooks thrown......what a blast.....time for a fish fry.....common over...free food....u bring the drinks....

Cool, you caught catfish. And are those stripers? There's still a foot of ice on my fishin hole. All I catch is trout and the occassional sucker for variety. In Oklahoma, I would be sackin up the sand bass right about now.

Nice catch! I have to get out there and do some fishing myself. Heck, I got my license months ago and haven't gone yet. I'm still wondering though, after paying for that license, am I still going to be able to fish without that arm and a leg. >:(

NO brackish water fish......these are from sweet water / fresh water.......though this species can survive in brackish water. There are no limits on these hybrid strippers..... these came from lake Pleasant az,,,,,,these fish were introduced to the lake a few years ago and have gone wild.....lake Powell has these same hybrid strippers ...... the largest one caught was over 67 lbs......though I like the ones under 30".....they are the best for fillets.....

RGINN.I havn't put the boat in the water this year. In the Spring we had constant 20mph plus winds and since it hasn't rained since March, the boat ramp is 60 feet from the water. Today is # 63 above 100 (not in a row)
I fish crappie. But the water is so low, I saw catfish with ticks on em.
