weres a good place to hunt in murray

i have searched my front yard like 50 times and i want to go somewhere better im only 13 so i cant drive and gas is really exspensive so if you somewhere close to murray to hunt please let me know

I was 13 when I first started detecting.Im 25 now.Are there any empty lots near your house.Any houses that have large trees in their yard?Go to your public library and look up some history about your town.Old maps help a lot too.Any small lakes or beaches near by?How about campgrounds or parks?

Just a few ideas for you.In short do your research and it will pay off for you.

Murray Park is HUGE. Try there, just make sure you take a drop cloth and fill your holes nicely or they might kick you out. GL
