it's odd also that it's from 73 Not 30's & the phone Number is Odd.
I don't remember letters on Phone Numbers from the 70's at least not here.
only on tv shows and movies from the 50's and 60's

.... until cellphones showed up, you only needed to dial the last 4 digits to make a call here. Mid 90’s or so?

I remember when our number was 695 3415

eventually 717 was added to the beginning and we had to add a 1 for long distance.

then they changed our area from 717 to 570. then you needed to dial 1 570 and the 7 digit number .

now even local you need 10 digits

Now Very Few have the Local 695 Landline numbrs.

Most just have a Cell phone

Dude, that's the former Westlawn Lanes bowling alley in Lansing, MI located on Saginaw Street just east of where the Oldsmobile Rocket Engine plant was.

I learned to bowl and keep score there with my friend and his dad about the same time era as the ad, it was a smaller venue, no more than 30 lanes or so, but a fun place to visit.

The IVanhoe prefix was common in that part of town, my family had it for a few years. It was still used into the middle 70's, out of respect for those who liked the old style of things. Ivanhoe.jpg
