We used to get phones returned from customers, ones that had dropped in very busy toilets, uncleaned. they never got any cleaner, either, straight in the trash.

Some of the worst I've seen are the ones that come back with 800 hours of use clocked, caked throughout with makeup, and the customer would claim the phone was never used. Seems some use their phones for facial exfoliation.
