Wet Suit shrunk

Twenty five years ago, I bought a XL tall man size wet suit for cold water gold dredging. I thought last night of using it at Daytona Beach in the surf detecting. When it was new I was probably 175 pounds. Now I'm about 85 pounds heavier and the suit has shrunk, lol. Looks like I need to be refitted for a XXL wet suit. Guess I'll sell the old one in classifieds. The color has faded but the neoprene is still intact and in good condition.

LOL, here I thought I was the only one that happen to.

I have a closet full of clothes that I keep, as my weight fluxuates between 180 and 210 (size 34-38). At the moment I am having trouble keeping my pants up and I'm wearing the low end, guess this means I have to eat more.

Someone should do something about these manufactures that make inferior wet suits. I'm glad I didn't buy a Dry Suit.

SM, your right, everytime I finish a beach hunt, someone has snuck in and moved the parking lot I'm in an extra 1/2 mile farther away.

Got my suit out .. and guess what same thing. I have been going to the gym the last four months, still no hope.

So what are you going to do ... buy a new one? Does anyone recommend a good place to order a new wetsuit?
Good quality .. low price .... is that possible?

I will probably go to the Diver's Outlet store in Orlando, Florida and find one on the rack. They are reasonably priced. Will try to find one with the Farmer Johns style.

This has to be a conspiracy perpetrated by the wetsuit manufacturers, as well as the public works departments (moving parking lots) and of course, there has to be a Roswell type connection in there somewhere. I also believe that there has to be some kind of raygun or something that will drain the batteries in my detector just as I start to get into a good pocket of finds... We need Mulder and Scully on this one, cause this has to rank up there with some X Files conspiracies.
