Looked a friend's backyard this afternoon and found a few things. Didn't even check the date on the dime until I got home because they're usually 1940something. I knew one of the early dates was a good one, but wasn't sure which one until I looked it up. Hey, I was just glad to pull some silver out of the ground. Could've been gladder though, right? I think I was more excited over the old faucet. I found one like it last year but it was missing the stem and packing nut.

Just to save you some time... I found a Ford Emblem just like it the other day, 1936.... has a manufacturers mark on the back.
